Refund & Returns Policy – Skye Natural Skincare (Scotland)

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Skye Natural Skincare. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains your rights and how to request a return or refund.


1. 14-Day Cancellation (Cooling-Off) Period

As an online customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may return your item for a refund if:

  • It is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Not eligible for return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any skincare or cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or unsealed, unless the product is faulty.


2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Your options:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange for an item of equal value

  • A full refund

We cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.


3. Returns Process

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation number.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection.

  4. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about an unopened product:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund lost returns


5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used skincare/cosmetic items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Custom-made gift boxes or personalised items


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

7. Exchanges
